One of the greatest functions is that of the Push notification, the ability to communicate with your community with a simple push of a button (maybe not just one click). Recently in Western Australia we have had a horrid run with bush fires, thankfully our schools have been safe from harm. During some of these periods we have seen how our Notifications have been able to alert parents that the school community is safe from harm. Taking advantage of Push Messages only informs our parents and keeps them in the loop. Back up these messages with events on your app and send the alert to open the event tab.
